1. Book: Reserve your favorites at least 4 days in advance through our booking platform. Select the date and time you need the rental by. Rentals arrive at least 24 hours before your event for preparation. 2. Receive & Set Up: Rentals are shipped directly to your doorstep with setup instructions. Customers are responsible for setting up items or arranging assistance. 3. Celebrate & Care: Enjoy your rentals during your event! The standard rental period extends up to 24 hours after your event. Extensions may be available upon request, with additional fees. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping and proper care of rentals during the period. 4. Return with Ease: Package items in their original condition and ship them back using the prepaid label no later than the end of the next business day. An inspection will assess any damages or missing items, with charges applied if necessary. Cancellation & Refund Policy: • Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a partial refund. • Cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation are non-refundable and may incur additional fees. Liability Policy: • Details Duo, LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during setup, use, or dismantling. Ensure safety for all guests and the venue.
